You feel bad. The pain in your heart is so great you want to run
away and hide forever. You cannot bear the pain.
my heart was broken at the age of 34, the heartache
and pain in my body was unbearable. I could not
sleep or eat. All I could do was cry.
felt alone, unlovable and betrayed.
It felt like all the trust I had placed in people
was ripped and torn away from me.
I had trusted in, betrayed me.
I believed in, was no longer valid or true.

As a clinical psychologist I used what I knew to help myself. Therefore, I began to practice what I preached.
