Imagine yourself in a safe group with a rock solid leader who knows how to protect you and support you while keeping the group energy moving and grooving.

A place where you can stop thinking about all the things you "should" do. Yes, your inner critic becomes quiet and soon you are in your body. Wow!

When this happens you enter the moment and everything feels different. A whole new world opens up before you.

Smell the ocean and feel the wind blow across your face. Feel the energy of the birds, the rocks and ground surrounding you. You are part of the whole.

In the morning, we gather in the sand in a scheduled, protected area. Each workshop with Dr. Jeanette begins with her signature exercise, "What is."

Discover "What is" really happening in the moment, not what you thinking is happening, but what is really vibrating inside of you and around you.

This exercise increases your awareness of thoughts, feelings, sensations and physicality. Knowledge empowers you.

Immediately you begin to notice what is literally going on inside and outside of you.

Next, introductions occur in a circle, on the blanket, on the grass.

See your body relaxing into the ground while sitting on a blanket with a small group of warm, friendly, caring people.

Everyone shares their intentions, goals and desires for the day.

Your new friends pay attention to you as you talk. Your surroundings are calm and secure. People look at you and recognize you.

See yourself comfortable with others. And hear yourself say something new in a different way.

Once you share your goals, they immediately begin to manifest. The group will help you reach your goals.

Your senses are heightened and we do exercises to activate them even more.

You will move, laugh, sense, engage, disengage through High Play, sensating, psychospiritual and psychophysical exercises.

At your own pace and speed, you get up and move. At any time you need to rest or not participate, you are free to be yourself in every moment.

The first set of exercises will loosen up your rigid thought patterns. The next set will get your awareness more in your body.

Energy awareness exercises are sprinkled in to show you how much energy is moving through your body and how much energy you are blocking out.

You sense, in the moment, in the woods, the difference in the energy of concrete and the energy of earth. You become aware of how grounded you are and how close to gravity you live.

Bring a light lunch and you can eat alone or with others at the picnic tables.

After lunch we walk down to the wonderful, roaring creek and you can join us via the woods, stay on the concrete road or stay on your blanket and rest till we come back.

As you relax, you become aware of new facts, data and body sensations. You discover what you do to get in your own way. You learn the actions to take to get out of your own way!

You learn how to get more grounded and stay more grounded.

You have time to breath and feel with yourself in the forest so you connect to self and earth without interference.

Without so much anxiety around you, it is easier to pay attention to your inner needs and desires in a way you never have before.

Feel your body becoming softer, warmer and more alive as you breath oxygen into all your cells. Soon you start to tingle and glow.

When you Experience Nature, your awareness expands and increases so you feel new and different sensations in your body and energy field.

As you relax, colors, sounds and vibrations naturally come closer to you, so everything appears to be more vibrant. Reality have not changed, but your ability to be in tune with reality has improved.
