You
feel numb and dead after your loss. You can't believe the person is really gone.
What
can you do to feel better? What can you do to heal?
Will
the pain ever stop? Can you open your heart and
love again?
When
my heart was broken at the age of 34, the heartache
and pain in my body was unbearable. I could not
sleep or eat. All I could do was cry.
My
ripping heartache in this unbearable moment was
difficult to stay alive in. As I cried up and down
my stairs, in my center city house, I vowed to get
to the bottom of what was going on inside of me
and outside of me. I did not want this pain to ever
happen to me again.
I
vowed to become more open and more loving instead
of becoming bitter and closed. I did not want to stay numb any longer.
This choice was one of the best I ever made. From
this moment on, my heart began to stir, feel, bloom
and blossom.

"Wow!
Thanks soooooo much for the audio. There is so much
rich content in all 3 of the CDs. There are
not many trustworthy resources that have the guts
to approach these untouchable topics. I
cannot tell you how alone, confused, and stuck I
felt." Gloria R. Nash, M.A., NYC.

When you listen to the emotional health audio, "When You're
Hurting...." You discover how to let go and feel your hurt, loss and pain.
As I cried through my life long hurts, a natural,
healthy process took over and instinctively went
to the bottom of my pain. From
the source, the root, I healed from the
inside out --so I was stronger, not weaker.
You will become emotionally strong too, as you accept
and allow your natural feelings and emotions to
empower you and heal you. Your emotional self knows
what to do. All you have to do is get your
image self out of the way and follow your heart.
Using
my psychological training and my years of clinical
experience, this is exactly what I show you how
to do, step by breath, by feeling your real feelings.
(You also learn the difference between avoiding a feeling and feeling a feeling.)
In
each moment of your pain, fear or sorrow you put
my comforting voice in your awareness and move though
this difficult time in your life with more ease
than I did.
You
have a guide, a teacher though this upsetting, emotional
upheaval who shows you, with love, how
to move though the pain and become emotionally healthy.
These cds, mp3s and ebook were made to help you stay
with yourself in your grieve so you heal your
broken heart from the inside out.
On the Cd, mp3 and chapter, called "Feelings. the source of
authentic love," you find your own
authentic self who leads you straight to real emotions and your purpose in life.
I learned the difference between my irrational anxiety
and real fear as I stayed with myself in this journey
to love myself instead of trying to avoid pain. As a result
I become more self confident and assertive.
On
the audio, "Fear. the pathway to freedom
and joy," you learn how to reduce your
anxiety and face your real fears so you become more
assertive, stronger and self confident.

"Best
money I ever spent!! Your warm, soothing
voice is very relaxing & reassuring!! The manner
in which the audio was made in a natural conversational
style, enables a person to visualize you sitting across
from them ....speaking to you; it brings LIFE to the
tapes!! --Gail Hill

The many ways I was stuck in my past conditioning
and false beliefs was revealed to me as I learned
to breathe and feel my way through my broken heart.
Instead
of being guarded, suspicious and defensive you are
emotionally strong enough to be open so you receive
love and energy from others.
With
an open instead of closed heart, joy and vibrant
moments happen spontaneously because you are in
the moment being fully alive and present.
I
stopped waiting for others and followed my dreams
to a new peak which ended up in a Cashew nut tree
in Goa, India with Jean Houston, the noted author
and pioneer in the human potential movement.
The emotional guidance and factual material you
hear or read in "Opening the Heart" is
the end result of what I learned from living though
a broken heart and learning how to heal hearts so
they become strong, healthy and happy hearts.
When
your defenses against pain, loss and grief are gone you are free and happy. Instead
of being close, you are open, receptive and loving
toward yourself and others.
Opening
the Heart teaches you how to take care of yourself
when you are alone and when you are in a relationship
so you are happy, fulfilled and satisfied.
Period. No one can take a real feeling away from
you.
Being
emotionally healthy is also good for your mental
health and physical health. If you have
any heart or breast problems in your family know
that emotional health is the way to prevent physical
problems. Or improve them after they occur.
Everyone
has emotional wounds because this world is not emotionally
safe for little boys or girls or adult men or women.
Precious
few people are comfortable with feelings and you need to stay with your grief and pain until you heal from the inside out.
