Dr. Doris Jeanette, licensed psychologist, columnist, author and writer

Doris Jeanette started publishing poetry in college when she was at East Carolina University. She continues to write poetic words in the middle of the night and enjoys performing whenever she has the opportunity.
Doris writes a regular column for Jamie Appenzeller for PhillyFIt Magazine. Her topics include travel, holistic health, Nature, mental health, emotional health and sexual health. She has published articles in the Philadelphia Inquirer, Metro Newspaper, Progressive Health, Holistic Health, New Visions, Milestones, Magical Blend, Natural Health and Wellness and many articles on the Internet.
As a psychologist Doris has published scientific journal articles and chapters in books. She wrote a regular column on Sex & Love for New Visions Magazine and for the Spiritually and Sexuality Journal for three years.
Her writing workshop, "Helpful Ways to Access Creative Energy " was taught at Skidmore College for the International Women's Writing Guild from 1985-2002. Her newest writing workshop is "Developing the Self Confidence to Get Published and Paid."
Dr. Doris Jeanette has authored and produced "A Natural Process for Opening the Hear- Your Emotional Guide to Self Esteem, Ebook, tapes or CDs. which were highly praised and used by the late Elisabeth Kubler-Ross, MD.
